The “En ondes les instants” exhibition features three artists: An Xiaotong, Julie Navarro and Shi Qi. The title, inspired by a line from a François Cheng poem, brings together these three different artistic trajectories and positions:
De quelle nuit es-tu venue ?
De quel jour? Soudain tu es
Au coeur de tout. Les lilas
Ont frémi ; le mot est dit.
Tout prend sens, tout se découvre
Don. Dès lors, tout se transmue :
Le ciel-terre en chair aimante,
En ondes sans fin les instants.[Fr]
What night did you come from?
From what day? Suddenly you are
At the heart of everything. The lilacs
Have quivered; the word is out.
Everything makes sense, everything is discovered
Gift. From then on, everything is transmuted:
Heaven-earth in loving flesh,
